Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were available 24/7 and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. From providing basic amenities such as a hairdryer and cupboard space in the rooms to serving a delicious breakfast every morning, they left no stone unturned in catering to their guests' needs. Lastly, the rooms themselves were comfortable and cozy, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep.

There were individuals outside who would offer assistance to the hotel but then demanded payment, which made some guests uncomfortable and at times scared for their safety.
